| AllCare Pharmacy provides oral and injectable specialty medications in a full-service, retail setting open to the general community. We are a different type of pharmacy. We meet the medication and treatment needs of patients living with complex, chronic illnesses such as HIV/AIDS and Hepatitis C. Our goal is to provide patients with the most comprehensive, clinically advanced and cost effective level of care. |
AllCare provides a place for patients to receive the level of care they require and deserve. Our knowledgeable staff has the education and experience to best provide support to patients living with chronic disease. We have a full stock of injectable and biotechnology-based medications your local pharmacy may not have. These types of medication can require special storage, handling and monitoring. Our registered pharmacists can provide detailed consultations to help you understand these requirements, how your treatment is monitored and when to consult your doctor. Delivery, co-pay assistance programs, and medication management services are just a few more ways AllCare Pharmacy can help support you and the needs of your community. |
AllCare Pharmacy provides specialty medications in addition to all the other medications you would find at your local pharmacy. Injectable and biotechnology-based medications require special storage, handling and patient monitoring. AllCare works with patients and providers to anticipate medication needs. This dramatically reduces the chance of having gaps in your medication regimens. |

| AllCare has an automatic refill program that allows us to fill your prescriptions when they are due. We can also provide courtesy telephone calls to remind you that your prescriptions are ready. You can always come by in person or request a refill over the telephone. AllCare has an automated telephone refill line available 24 hours a day. |

| Understanding your doctor’s instructions for your medications is very important to the success of your treatment. How you should take your medications and for what length of time are questions your AllCare pharmacist will answer about every prescription. We know some medications have certain side effects that are difficult to manage on your own. That is why we provide detail individual consultations on what you can expect from your medications. Our pharmacist will answer your questions and provide some tips to help you deal with side effects. We will also tell you about each side effect that warrants a call to your doctor. |
| If your prescription has expired or there are no remaining refills call AllCare at (508) 754-8800. We will contact your doctor, ensure that you need to continue the medication and request a refill for you. If you enroll in AllCare’s medication management program we will do this for you automatically. |
| Old or unwanted medication should be disposed of in way that is safe for the environment and your privacy. Do not throw your medications into the trash in their bottles. Medications need to be removed from their bottles and properly destroyed. Different medications like injectable medications need to be disposed of in a specific way. Feel free to bring your old or unwanted medications to AllCare for a consultation on proper medication disposal. |

| We offer same day deliveries to any of our patients in AllCare’s immediate area**. Our deliveries arrive in unmarked cars and in discrete packaging. There is no charge for deliveries to our patients. As for patients living outside of our immediate delivery area, we may be able to provide delivery service by making certain arrangements in advance. We urge you to inquire about our delivery services when you register. |
