AllCare pharmacy provides oral and injectable specialty medications in a full-service, retail setting open to the general community. We are a different type of pharmacy. We meet
the medication and treatment needs of patients living with complex, chronic illnesses such as HIV/AIDS and Hepatitis C. Our goal is to provide patients with the most comprehensive, clinically advanced and cost effective level of care.

AllCare Pharmacy is located adjacent to AIDS Project Worcester.
Providing peace of mind, building trust and always giving personalized care is the foundation of AllCare’s customer service.
We have trained insurance specialists who will help patients choose the best coverage as well as help resolve any insurance issues.
We will also provide guidance to our patients to obtain any state eligible assistance programs such as HDAP and Mass Medicaid.
Remember:
We accept almost every nationwide prescription insurance plan including HDAP, Rx America, Mass-Health/ Medicaid, Medicare, discount plans and many others.
We are aware of the difficulties and challenges patients face while requesting counseling at a typical chain pharmacy. Because there is an adjacent 500-square-foot lobby, our location allows each patient to use the pharmacy almost exclusively during his or her visit. There is no waiting area near our counseling station. This means that you can feel as comfortable talking with us as we can talking with you. Your privacy is of utmost importance to us and our arrangement provides for maximum confidentiality.
Once we have a patient enrolled in our pharmacy, we promise to always have these medication in stock*. This is our promise to you.
We offer same day deliveries to any of our patients in AllCare’s immediate area**. Our deliveries arrive in an unmarked car and in discrete packaging. There is no charge for deliveries to our patients. As for patients living outside of our immediate delivery area, we may be able to provide delivery service by making certain arrangements in advance. We urge you to inquire about our delivery services when you register.
We want you to receive your medication in a timely manner. This is why we have implemented a comprehensive adherence monitoring program for each of our patients. This program includes:
  • Courtesy phone calls: We call our patients when their medication refills are due.
  • Automatic refill option: Your prescriptions are filled every month on a fixed schedule.
  • Communication with providers: We contact your providers to renew prescriptions.
  • Follow Up: We follow up with patients struggling with barriers to ensure optimal compliance. Whether the issue is unwanted side effects or poor medication management, we will take the time to help our patients strive toward compliance.

*We promise to have your medication in stock provided the manufacturer has not discontinued the medication or the wholesaler is not out of stock.
