AllCare Pharmacy is a full service, retail pharmacy that also specializes in chronic illnesses such as HIV/AIDS and Hepatitis C. Our specialty services are specifically designed with both the patient and the provider in mind.
Our experience shows that certain oral and injectable specialty medications often require prior authorization. We want to help you facilitate the prior authorization process. We will contact the insurance provider to obtain the prior authorization documentation and initiate the authorization process. Upon completion of the required pharmacy documentation, we will forward the forms to you.

After confirmation from your office that the prior authorization has been submitted, we will continue to monitor the status of the request. We will notify you and your patient in a timely manner regarding the outcome of the prior authorization.
For both specialty and general medications, we want to ensure that third party rejections do not interfere with proper therapy. We have third-party enrollment specialists trained to process insurance rejections and complete the corresponding forms. We will forward all required pharmacy information to you in a timely manner, including the actual rejection page containing reference numbers, any third-party insurance contact information, patient identification information, and any additional information which might be useful. We will follow up by monitoring the rejections so that the medication is available to the patient as soon as the rejection is resolved.
We work with patients and physicians to find the best individualized drug therapies. We also understand the importance of patient education.

We deliver to physician offices, clinics, hospitals, and patient residences. We offer same day deliveries to any of our patients in AllCare’s immediate area**. Our deliveries arrive in an unmarked car and in discrete packaging. There is no charge for deliveries.

As for patients living outside of our immediate delivery area, we may be able to provide delivery service by making certain arrangements in advance.
All temperature sensitive medications are placed in Styrofoam containers, with cold packs, to guarantee product stability.
